Key Points about your Group Event Contract.

• You are agreeing to purchase a block of guest rooms from the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center.
• All guest rooms in your block must be confirmed with a valid guest name and credit card by the cut-off date, which is 21-days prior to your first arrival date.
• A valid credit card is required to secure your group reservation. Your credit card will NOT be charged at this time.
• Any room not confirmed by the Cut-Off Date will be released for sale to others. Additional requests for rooms will be accommodated on a space-available basis.
• To cancel your booking, you must contact the hotel sales department directly. If you cancel your event after the Cancellation Grace Period, your credit card may be charged the room rate plus tax for the number of room nights you have booked.
