Hermann Schatzer, Executive Chef.

A graduate of the Culinary Institute in Innsbruck, Austria, Executive Chef Schatzer creates innovative cuisines and dining experiences that awaken your appetite. During his early years, he held positions in prestigious five-star hotels throughout Austria and Switzerland. In 1992, he moved on to the Breakers, a five-star resort where he worked for seven years. After a brief stint at the Palm Beach Gardens Marriott, Chef Schatzer joined the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center as the executive chef. With a passion for culinary expression, he draws inspiration from diverse flavors, scents and textures to create tantalizing world cuisines that enhance any event.
